In collaboration with MHCUCC, kids that participated in our tutoring program and others in the community were able to receive bikes with elements. Due to the lack of transportation for many of our youths, our leaders reached out to MHCUCC’s Pastor Vicki to start a campaign/drive for used bikes both in church and in the communities. In the less than a week, we received 70 bikes some that were brand new and repaired but all in excellent condition and ready to be used. On July 30th, the MHCUCC truck delivered the bikes at W 65th Recreation Center were kids were gathered with joy waiting to receive their newly transportation.
we are very thankful for the partnership and collaboration with MHCUCC as an institution and all the members that continue to invest in our youths lives.
